| If I can’t find a certain product in your retail store, can you still obtain it or have it in stock? | |
- Yes, there are so many pure water related products and accessories available today that we are only able to put what is most relevant however we either have in stock or can order in short notice anything that may be needed. This includes all different tank and filter sizes as well as capacities among both commercial and home Reverse Osmosis Machines.

| What do you mean by Dockside service? | |
- Dockside service is our availability to drop off / pick up machines for repairs, pickup or return orders, supplies like salts, Medias and filters or have tanks rebeded while you wait. Trade discounts are also available to mechanical contractors.
